Connecting the CUEGIS concepts

The six CUEGIS concepts are not mutually exclusive. For example:Take the example of McDonald’s recently introduced “Create Your Taste” menus in countries such as Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Hong Kong SAR, Saudi Arabia and the USA. Customers use interactive self-service stations (or kiosks) to order their food. This is an example of innovation but it clearly links to strategy and change too.
