Do you know your why?

At the heart of our work is our passion - to make a positive difference in the lives of children. This goes to the heart of the IB Mission.
Anton Schulzki (an MYP Coordinator in Colorado Springs and a participant in an online IB workshop I am facilitating {Leading the learning, Castegory 2}) reminded me of this when he suggested this video - which I think is excellent to watch with all teachers.
"When you know your WHY your WHAT becomes more impactful because you are walking towards or in your purpose."
