Main idea: The latest OECD’s Pisa global rankings show that if our students are to thrive in future work places, collaborative problem-solving, creativity and teamwork must be emphasised in schools. Worryingly a survey suggests that only around half of teachers understand what collaborative problem-solving is, while 79 per cent can’t remember ever having had training in how to include it in lessons.
