Extrinsic vs intrinsic motivation

This presentation looks at the difference between extrinsic and intrinsic motivation. A key focus is the complexity of these two terms and the argument that motivation is on a continuum. You don't need to learn the research in the presentation. An important aspect of all the HL extension material is to consider why it may be difficult to draw a conclusion about motivation, despite the available research.
