Is there a way to design a menu to get people to make different decisions about what they eat? Cognitive psychologists use the word "nudge" to indirectly suggest a choice for an individual.One of the ways that we may be nudged, is the position of a product on a list. The argument is that when items are at the beginning or the end of a list, we are more likely to order them than when they appear in the middle of the list.
