Brain development
The following presentation is a way for you to prepare for assessments. You don’t have to know every detail of the presentation, but you should understand the big ideas. You should be able to discuss the processes of maturation and neuroplasticity in brain development, as well as the terms critical period and sensitive period. You should also be able to give examples of each to show understanding of the differences.
