InThinking teacher support group on Facebook
Join the 890+ IB teachers already part of the InThinking teacher support group on Facebook. You do not have to be a subscriber to InThinking to be part of this group, but unlike some other social media collaborative group, this one is only for registered IB teachers.
Stay up to date with case studies that you can incorporate into your lessons. Recent additions include articles about:
- Pfizer's cash cow, which accounts for 41% of the pharmaceutical giant's huge product portfolio.
- Lorna Jane's rather unethical marketing strategy.
- Sales forecasting and budgeting gone wrong at the Tokyo Olympic Games.
- Real-world examples of market share, with 93% of the US soda drinks market owned by just three companies.
- Free resources to promote financial literacy with your students. I was rather shocked by how long it would take to pay off a £3,000 ($4,146) credit card loan if you only pay the minimum amount each month!
