Lesson 3 uses the same cartoon from Lesson 2. In this lesson, the focus is on close language and image analysis. After a lesson starter, there will be a mini-lesson (short lecture) about denotation and connotation. The rest of the class will be spent answering questions that require close detailed language and image analysis.
