ESS and the Learner Profile
It's not difficult to make the links between the IB Learner Profile and ESS. If you are planning units using the IB unit planning style then you are required to make these links and demonstrate how you are stimulating this thinking. Sometimes it helps to be explicit about these links but if you are inquiry driven in your teaching style then these are very natural.
