The concept of "identity" covers a massive area, from the identity of the individual to the identity of social groups. And anyway, there is the fundamental problem that it is (almost inherently?) subjective ... my notion of a given identity is probably not going to match your notion.On the other hand, it"s a fascinating area to explore - and it"s also essential for sanity, since we all navigate through a map of identities.
