Back to the future...

If you're reading this, you are one of the first subscribers to InThinking MYP Physics - congratulations and welcome on board! I hope the site is proving useful to you in your MYP teaching and helpful to your students in their learning.

Over the next few weeks, you will see the site grow with new additions.

This week I added an activity AD Using radioactivity along with task-adapted assessment rubrics AD Using radioactivity ATTL . You'll see more activities added in the next weeks, as Atoms and Nuclei will be the next unit I build (you can see the overall scope in the subject group overview SGO: MYP 4-5 Physics), followed by Astrophysics by the end of August. You will begin to notice that the design of these units is a little different to those already on the site - I will be bridging the gap between our current MYP framework and the forthcoming ‘Enhanced MYP’.

Over the next couple of weeks watch this blog, too for my summary of those ‘Enhancement’ changes and how I see them affecting MYP Physics and Sciences more generally.

As I mentioned in my last blog, InThinking subject sites are unlike any other curriculum resources, because we update regularly and we enjoy dialogue with our subscribers - we don't just post content and leave it there. So please do comment here if you would like to make suggestions for the future of the site.
