Navigating anew
The switchover has happened, and we've been busy over the past two weeks getting the site organized. We will be writing some specific instructions soon, but the basic idea is that there are now two sites: Teacher-only pages and Student access pages.
The teacher-only pages will continue to have all Chris's teaching advice, along with lots more that we've been writing, such as the series of Teach pages, which have advice on teaching, practicals, teaching slides, and more for each subtopic (e.g., A.1 displacement and velocity). This is also where you'll find the examinations and tests.
The student access pages are for students. The menu for these pages is consistent across all the DP subjects, which should be helpful if your students use this website for multiple subjects. The interactive eBook includes expositional pages with animations, videos, simulations, and checkpoint questions; as well as practice questions for students and MCQs, problems, and tests that can be assigned by the teacher. The student access site also holds the 74 practicals, the exam preparation guide, and pages for students about the IA as well as TOK, the EE, CAS, and more.
My (Danny's) focus over the past two weeks has been on topics A.1 to A.3. Those should now be well-organized and ready to go. As always, please leave a note if anything seems amiss!
