A4 practical: Measuring moment of inertia

In this practical the PASCO rotational dynamics apparatus will be used to measure the moment of inertia of a rotating bar with and without attached masses. A Smart pulley will be used to measure the tangential acceleration, this is a 10 spoke pulley mounted in a photo gate.
