PBL: Polarisation
The analogy of waves in a string passing through a slit is often used to introduce the concept of polarisation. Design an experiment to test if you can actually polarise a wave in a string and if the amplitude of the wave passing through an angled slit is given by Aocosθ. You might also like to try making a simulation in Algodoo like mine.
