Results and Gases
The May 2026 results are out now, and I (Danny) hope that all of your students received the grades to which they aspired. The exam papers seemed relatively straightforward, and it seems like the markbands reflected that. We'll do a deep dive into the May 2026 exams later this summer.
Over the past week, I've been working on the B.3 Gas laws sub-topic. There's a new Teach: Gas laws page with teaching slides and a fun new simulation. The B3 Gas laws student pages include an interactive eBook page; practice questions and MCQs; and new problems and a test.
InThinking has updated the website appearance, so things look a bit different on the site, but there shouldn't be anything missing. Let me know if anything seems amiss. Over the next couple of weeks, we'll be undergoing mitosis and splitting the site formally into "Teacher Only" and “Student Access” sides. This will bring some more uniformity across the InThinking DP sites, and make it easier for you to assign eBook readings, practise questions, and so on.
