More student access

Over the past 3 years this web site has gone through many changes many of which have been as a result of my own classroom needs. When I started writing the "scheme of work" pages they were primarily to share resources with teachers. I basically posted links to any videos, tests, revision exercises etc. related to that particular lesson along with the aims, TOK moments, vocabulary list and anything else I could think of. Personally I find it useful to review the page before the lesson to remind myself of the most important points and of any simulations I might have found useful in the past. More recently I have been opening these pages to students who can then find additional information relating to the days lesson. Unfortunately I made a structural error in putting links to the lessons test on the page. This is very convenient for me to find the relevant test but means I can't open the page to students until they have done the test and that's too late. I have now started to rectify the situation by posting the tests on separate pages which remain closed to students until the test is done. Here is an example Measurement. Clicking measurement test leads to a page that includes links to pdfs of the test and solutions. The solutions are also on the image for quick reference.
