Thick with satellites

The other day I was looking for an illustration to show how many satellites there were orbitting the Earth. I didn't manage to find what I was looking for which was an image I'd seen in the science museum, anyway one of the students mentioned they'd seen some sort of google map showing the satellites. I had another search and found this. Gearth blog as the text says this shows real-time (updated every 30 seconds) positions of 13,000 satellites around the Earth. There certainly are a lot of them.
