Hubble bubble

I've been doing astrophysics with both my SL and HL class so thought it would be nice to take them all on a trip to London to visit the science museum and see the Hubble film in the Imax theatre. As I said, I thought it would be nice. Obviously can't afford to do that. Instead I went myself. As you can see I wasn't completely alone, I met up with two ex students, Josie and Gustav. Apart from being an ex-student Josie is also my daughter and Gustav is her boyfriend. The museum is pretty much as I remember it from last time I was there about 20 years ago, lots of interesting old engines and significant scientific paraphernalia to look at. I wasn't impressed by the google exhibit, I could have stayed at home and done that. The Imax was pretty impressive although I was more interested in the polarisation than the astrophysics, trying every angle of head and many combinations and orientations of multiple glasses. In the evening we went to Cirque de Soleil but I'll save that for another time.
