Fly like a bird

My students often send me interesting links to have a look at and this morning one of them, Halfdan sent me this one about flying like a bird. At first I thought it was human powered flight which is supposed to be impossible. I remember some pictures in a text book of men drawn with the size of chest that would be needed to fly, tey were massive. Can't find that on the net but there are plenty of articles about why it is impossible like this one from wired science. Anyway it's not powered by muscles but a small motor plus muscle although I can't find the details. I have to admit I am sceptical, all looks a bit too heavy, and how did they manage such a perfect flight the first time round.

Well with over two and a half million views already on youtube I guess that's a success in itself. I don't understand Dutch but I think I know what he says in the last bit.
