Overview & key information

This section gives an overview of the external assessment for IB Mathematics: Analysis & Approaches for both SL and HL.

Original mock exams

This section gives you access to 21 original mock exams: 4 sets (D, E, F & G) of a pair of HL exams (Paper 1 & Paper 2), 4 sets (D, E, F & G) of a pair of SL exams (Paper 1 & Paper 2), and 5 HL Paper 3 exams. All have worked solutions available.

Paper 1 exam (SL & HL)

This section provides a comprehensive set of advice and practical suggestions for how best to prepare your students for the Paper 1 (non-calculator) exam.

Paper 2 exam (SL & HL)

This section is all about the Paper 2 exam for which a student must have access to an IB permitted calculator. Many teaching priorities related to Paper 2 are presented and discussed - and many practical ideas for helping students prepare for this exam.

Paper 3 exam (HL only)
