This part of the Teachers only area of the site aims to be a useful launching point to give subscribers to the site - especially new subscribers - a place to quickly access useful information and guidance about starting to use the site, and starting to teach mathematics in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP). Navigating the site
This section provides useful information on the structure of the site and how to get around it to find what you want. It is important to recognize that there are two separate sets of pages on the site: Teachers only pages and Student access pages. Teachers have access to everything and can control what pages in the Student access pages that students can view and use. Students can never access anything in the Teachers only pages.
Using student access
This section gives information and instructions on making use of a very powerful and helpful feature of the site: Student Access. It allows you to assign tasks to your students and keep track of their work through the Student Access Manager. Your students will find the contents of the Student access pages extremely useful both for covering all aspects of the course and for review/revision during and at the end of the course.
Teachers new to the IB
This section offers practical advice and suggestions to teachers who are new to the IB Diploma Programme (IBDP) and new to teaching the Mathematics-Analysis & Approaches course.
