A couple of students sent me this colourful version of the Feynman diagram for beta decay. It reminds me of Wallace and Grommet. Would be nice to see an animated version. This wasn't part of a class activity, they did it for the sake of doing it, an artistic statement maybe. Was it worth the effort? Of course it was. Would I set this as a class activity? I don't think so but I am undecided. It's much better that the students did this on their own inititiative but how can we encourage this to happen?

But is it art? Who cares.

I think it would be fun to try to draw Feynman diagrams as drawn by different artists, Banksey, Picasso, Dali. Maybe a job for AI.
