In most schools the teacher teaches one option. This is always disappointing for students who wanted to do one of the others. Well we (Emma and myself since we now teach the same students) teach them all through the activities on this website. Here we have a set of student centred activities and associate multiple choice quizzes for each option. This is not the same as telling a student to study the option by themself, the activities will guide them through the material via many experiments (real and simulated). You can either do what we do and use them all use then for students who don't want to do the option you are teaching. Why not give it a go?
