I encourage my students to make rough notes of all the things they need to remember. You can get the whole course on a big piece of paper if you write small.  The problem is knowing what is important to remember. When I look through all the activities I can see that a lot of time is spent asking questions that are supposed to develop understanding but the actual thing you have to understand is only one line. I thought I´d go through each activity and make a rough page of stuff you should know after doing it. They are a bit untidy but if you have done the activity you should be able to decipher the text and understand the diagrams. If you are looking for a quick way to skip the activity, forget it.
