I've just been writing activities for the fluids part of the engineering option, there's quite a lot considering its just the additional HL stuff. One of my ex students Davide Kleiner, who is an engineer, shared this video on facebook.

The speed of the air in the wind tunnel is constant so the vertical movement is created by unbalancing the forces of weight and drag. Would make an interesting investigation. Also some good examples of conservation of angular momentum.
