dissolute indulgence in sensual pleasure

We often use words in physics that mean other things in different contexts. Balder wasn't sure of the meaning of dissipate so looked it up. The energy from the cell is engaged in dissolute indulgence of sensual pleasure in the resistor. Well the resistor does get hot, but not for that reason.
