This is the 4^th Paper 2 we are publishing for the revamped English A: Language and Literature course.  Kindly note that a couple more Paper 2 exemplars will follow before the May 2024 exams. 

You can find the newest exemplar here.  It’s excellent, scoring 28 out of 30 total points, and comes in at a whopping 2,400 words!  The post will explain more, but if you are looking for what is possible – at the very top end of Paper 2 – this is it.  Due note the exemplar may be daunting for some of your students and so use it judiciously.  If they need a push, perhaps this will light that fire.  If reading this will deflate them and cause a crisis of confidence, don’t give it to them.  You know your students, your context, and what they need.
