IA: FAQs

How strict is the word count for the IA? Can students go over the 2200 words, or will they be penalized?Teachers/examiners only reward what students have written up to 2,200 words; examiners will not read beyond this. Thus if the script is over the word count this could impact marks for Criteria C in particular.Are the title page, headings, citations and works cited list included in the word count?
