- Hi Yang, your reading of the Data Booklet and Guide are correct. Standard Level students do not need to know or use the frequency equations for sound waves.
- Hi Emma, in Doppler effect (C.5), I like to confirm if SL students should know the frequency equations of sound waves? According to the data booklet 2025, that is not necessary to SL.
