    Hi Mani,If this is for an IA I suggest your student searches for "Is the rate of electrolysis dependent upon the concentration of the electrolyte? They will find that there are many articles discussing this.

    Mani, Since this is for an IA it is up to the student to decide and to explain in their report. You need to check that what they are doing is safe and and can lead to a good investigation but the student is responsible for devising their own method...

    Hello, This is electrolysis of water with H2SO4 in a Hoffmann apparatus. Is there any theory/reseach paper that supports why the graph of rate of electrolyis must be directly proportional to the concentration of H2SO4?
