2023 DP Chemistry (1st exam May 25)
Launch pad for 2023 DP Chemistry (first exam May 2025)
The first exams for this chemistry programme will be in May 2025, so this part of the site is only for teachers who commence teaching the two year IB course in the summer of 2023 or later.
When the site was operating with only one programme the main headings were clearly shown at the top of the site and you could click straight on the one you required which would take you to the main page (and its associated link pages).
Top headings for the old 2014 programme (first assessment 2016)
While there are two programmes in operation there are effectively two sites existing independently on this InThinking IBDP Chemistry site so this page is now the launch pad to the main 2023 programme headings. It will remain until after the last exams of the old programme when all the main headings can be moved back to the top line. You will see that some of the headings have changed from the old programme to align with the new programme. Some of the material is still the same (i.e. has effectively been duplicated) or very similar to the content on the 2014 programme site whereas much is completely new. However this 2023 site is designed to be completely stand-alone so all the internal links are to other pages on this 2023 programme site and should not take you back to pages on the 2014 site. Note that the pages in " Complete Course for students (First exam May 2025)" are the only part of the site that your students can see once you have signed them up to student access.
Please let me know of any errors, broken links or links that still do take you to pages on the 2014 site, as they can easily be corrected or repaired.
The main 2023 programme headings are:
