Pedagogical Strategies for a Concept-Based Curriculum: Representation
The Enhanced MYP will offer further guidance on pedagogical strategies to develop concept-based teaching and learning practices. A new series of pages on this site is being added over the next few weeks to introduce key strategies for implementing concept-based curriculum in the language and literature classroom. Practical activities for each pedagogical strategy are shared with templates to download and use with your students.
Strategies covered include classification, representation, concept modelling, concept journalling, visible thinking, creating generalizations, near and far transfer and internalization.
The second strategy in the series is Representation.

Pedagogical Strategy: Classification
