Hi everyone,

I'm writing to tell you about an exciting project I have just launched!

A while back, I started to create a website to support MYP English Language & Literature teachers. As a busy MYP Language & Literature teacher myself, I recognised many teachers are curious to learn more about the pedagogical aspects of the course and would love access to 'ready-to-go' unit and lesson plans, teacher guides and student resources to use with their classes.

What are the main features?

The features of the new InThinking MYP English Language and Literature website include:
webpages about course philosophy, planning your L&L course, aims and requirements and lots more!

A large number of L&L units divided by key concept and by year level
Online and downloadable teaching texts and many suggestions for texts
Everything you need to know about L&L formative and summative assessments and many examples, including GRASPS assessments
Webpages about approaches to learning skills and approaches to teaching for the MYP classroom
The possibility of creating a class group in the website to manage online student activities
student pages with instructions
Comment boxes on each page where you can ask your burning questions and receive a reply!

Access to the site is FREE because whilst there are extensive resources on the site, it's still a work in progress. I would love to share everything with you and hear your feedback and suggestions.
