Dr. Kate Beatty has spent almost forty years in international education, teaching English and Music before becoming a consultant to schools worldwide. She holds a professional doctorate in educational leadership and is a certified Concept-Based Curriculum and Instruction trainer, accredited by the Dr H. Lynn Erickson Institute.
Kate works across the full International Baccalaureate continuum as a workshop leader, consultant and examiner. As an IBEN Senior Lead Educator she trains workshop leaders, evaluation leaders and consultants, and she chairs evaluation teams.
An ICF-accredited executive coach, Kate delivers professional development for leadership teams, coordinators and teahers, with bespoke support in curriculum development and pedagogical leadership.
Kate authors the InThinking MYP Language & Literature site and presents at international education conferences.
