Paper 3 question on subsidy and taxesThe original answers are incorrect. If you use the old linear equation solution I think you'll find it's Qd=2100-100P; Qs=100+100P; Qs-sub = 150 + 100P. So, Pe-sub= $9.75 and Qe-sub=1125. So, new producer revenue = $10.25 (Pe-sub +sub) x 1125 = $11531,25....
